Here's everything FeastPick stores in your browser. Most of it stays on your device and never reaches our servers.
| Name | Type | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| fp_g_[group code] | Cookie (essential) | Remembers which member you are in a group vote, so your votes count as yours. | 24 hours |
| feastpick:vetoes:[city or cook] | Session storage | Remembers places or dishes you vetoed so they don't come back during this visit. | Until you close the tab |
| feastpick:name | Local storage | Fills in the name you used last time in group mode. | Until you clear it |
| feastpick:consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie choice, where our cookie banner is shown. | Until you clear it |
| Google advertising cookies | Third-party cookies | Set by Google AdSense to show and measure ads, and to personalize them if you allow it. | Set by Google |
Your choices
The group cookie is needed for group voting to work. Everything else you can block or clear in your browser settings at any time, and FeastPick will still work. To turn off personalized ads, use Google's ad settings or your browser's Global Privacy Control setting.
